Raised in Bama, I started music young.

My parents got me piano lessons at age 6 after I picked out Bill Withers’ “Lean On Me” by ear. After a few years, it was a quick jump to playing in church and learning to record my friends’ hometown bands. After a failed college computer engineering semester (whoops), I decided to try my luck moving to Nashville and joining an audio engineer trade program. That one stuck. Since 2015 I’ve been thankful to call Nashville my home. I’ve made tons of records here, met my best friends touring, and learned so many ways to make great music.
